Responsibilities
-Review technical drawings and verify that materials have been ordered.
-Maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in all activities.
-Develop efficient and safe installation methods.
-Provide input to the planning of installation sequences.
-Prepare detailed work packages for offshore installation.
-Contribute to time estimates for installation activities.
Required expertise
-A certificate of apprenticeship in an Electrical, Instrumentation, or Telecom (E&IT) discipline. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
-A minimum of 5 years of work experience from onshore and/or offshore projects.
-Solid experience with E&IT systems and work processes.
-Familiarity with the requirements for working on offshore platforms and onshore sites.
-Proficiency in preparing work packages and a strong understanding of technical drawings.
-Experience with construction methods is considered a significant advantage.
-Must hold a valid offshore certificate and health certificate.
-Strong computer skills.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Bergen, with occasional offshore travel
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Assignment from August 2026 to December 2027
