Work prep /Metode Elektro

Responsibilities

-Review technical drawings and verify material orders.
-Develop and document effective installation methods.
-Provide input for planning the installation sequence.
-Prepare detailed work packages for offshore installation.
-Contribute to time estimates for installation activities.
-Undertake sporadic offshore trips as required.

Required expertise

-Trade certificate in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&IT); relevant experience can compensate.
-Extensive work experience from both onshore and offshore environments.
-Familiarity with work requirements and standards on platforms and sites.
-Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and work descriptions.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and computer skills.
-A strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles.
-Experience with construction methods and preparing work packages is an advantage.
-Required certifications: Valid offshore and health certificate, Basic EX course, and FSE (high/low voltage with first aid).
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Stavanger, Norway
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Planned assignment from January 2026 to December 2026.
