Job Overview
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Welders who take pride in high-quality workmanship and have a strong focus on safety, precision, and efficiency. If you have experience working with welding techniques in industrial settings and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you may be the person we are looking for.
Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks according to project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Work with various welding methods, including TIG, MIG/MAG, and MMA (Stick Welding).
Ensure all welding meets required quality standards and industry regulations.
Conduct inspections of welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
Follow HMS (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines.
Participate in quality control procedures, including testing and documentation of welds.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
Qualifications
✅ Certification as a Welder (ISO 9606-1, 287-1, or equivalent).
✅ Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum welding .
✅ Minimum 2-5 years of welding experience , preferably in industrial or Oil & Gas settings.
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and blueprints .
✅ Strong knowledge of HMS regulations and safety protocols .
✅ Experience working with welding equipment, power tools, and related machinery.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Good communication skills, preferably in English or Norwegian .
✅ Valid EU driver's license is an advantage.
✅ Additional certifications (NDT, offshore safety training, hot work certification) are a plus.
