Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience

• Prepare and set up dining areas before service

• Clear and clean tables during and after service

• Handle payments and operate the cash register/POS system

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations

• Assist with other restaurant duties as required
