You do not need to be a master in everything listed below.
We are interested in candidates who:
- Have strong competence in most of Group-A, or
- Have strong competence in most of Group-B, or
- Have a good mix of skills from both groups
If you can build, troubleshoot, and improve real systems --- we want to hear from you.
Technical Skills- Group-A
- Ability to do basic programming using languages like C, C++, Python, etc.
- Use Visual Studio Code IDE
- Ability to read electronic circuit diagrams
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams (1-phase & 3-phase)
- Use test tools like multimeter, oscilloscope
- Ability to use breadboard for testing electronic circuit
- Soldering of electronic components on PCB for prototyping
- Have previously used platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, etc.
- Basic networking (setting-up ethernet based wired network using switches & routers, IP configuration etc.)
Technical Skills- Group-B
- Programming of PLC (Siemens, ABB, Wago, Beckhoff etc.) using languages like LD, FBD, SFS, ST etc.
- Operational understanding & wiring of AC motors, control valves, sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, proximity, etc.)
- VFD programming
- PLC network set-up and configuration
Good to have skills
- Working knowledge of linux, docker/podman
- Experience with database (SQL/NoSQL)
- Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel
- 3D design and 3D printing

Trainee Technician- Embedded Systems & Industrial Automation
This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career or someone transitioning into embedded systems and industrial automation who already has practical technical skills and a strong desire to learn.
You may have gained your skills through work experience, self-learning, industrial environments, personal projects, formal education, or a combination of these. This role suits someone who enjoys working both close to hardware and close to real industrial systems. Formal education is not decisive; practical competence and the ability to solve technical problems matter more.
