Test Engineer - Technical Projects in the Defense Industry

Boresight and Alignment Solutions AS is seeking aTest Engineerwho will be responsible for the characterization, calibration, and verification processes throughout the final phases of project deliverables. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to both design and project execution across all phases of the project life cycle. All projects shall be executed according to the company's ISO 9001 quality management system.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for characterization, calibration, and verification of the project deliverables
• Produce test documentation, based on project deliverables
• Assembly and production of internal project deliverables
• In-house testing
• Participate in service and testing at client locations
• Training of clients

Boresight and Alignment Solutions is an international corporation, and all documentation is done in English.

Some travel is to be expected.

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience of effective collaboration within project teams
• Strong grasp of technical concepts
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering
• Experience with developing, defining, and conducting tests and verification procedures
• Driver's License
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written
• As a person you are self-motivated and team-oriented with strong problem solving abilities
• Documentation; nationality, diploma/grade is needed in application
