Technical Data Specialist

Responsibilities

-Serve quality data for the Exploration and Operations business areas.
-Actively participate in improvements and the organizational transformation agenda.
-Assist in improving communication channels and procedures for information sharing and collaboration.
-Develop training materials and enhance user experience to improve software adoption.
-Support internal tasks such as geospatial data management and chart production for offshore activities.
-Engage in updating and setting standards, policies, and processes.
-Partner with data consumers and stakeholders to define relevant use cases.
-Act as a contact point for relevant service providers.

Required expertise

-Master's or bachelor's degree in Geospatial/GIS (relevant experience may compensate for formal education).
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing, analyzing, and visualizing geospatial data.
-Strong knowledge of ArcGIS, specifically ArcGIS Pro.
-Experience with digital change implementation and execution.
-Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
