System Integration Lead

Responsibilities

-Ensure multidisciplinary collaboration for planning, methodology, construction, engineering, and supplier deliveries.
-Manage the interface for Electrical, Automation, Telecom, HVAC, and Safety system integration with existing facilities and new modules.
-Ensure work is performed in the correct sequence for testing and checkout before final handover.
-Establish an overall strategy and implementation plan in close cooperation with Commissioning and Operations.
-Ensure deliveries are executed according to the plan, involving the right stakeholders at the right time.
-Coordinate among all stakeholders involved in the project.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's degree, technical college diploma, or extensive relevant experience.
-A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
-Valid Basic EX course certificate.
-Valid FSE course certificate (High and low voltage with first aid).
-Valid AT / SJA (Work Permit / Safe Job Analysis) certification.
Language: Norwegian
Location: Hammerfest and Asker, Norway
Work schedule: Full-time, 5/2 rotation
Duration: Assignment from November 30, 2026, to December 31, 2028
