We are looking for a Controller for Nordkapphallen for the summer season. As controller you are responsible for the day-to-day cashflow of Nordkapphallen. It will be your responsibility to prepare invoicing and overseeing cash handling, End-of-Day and End-of-Month procedures in the operational departments. You will also be responsible for reporting and integration between the front of house and back office financial systems. In addition you will work with Scandic’s Money-In department to control customer payments and Business Controller for central financial reporting, supporting administration and operations as the need arises, as well as organizing staff transports.

Because Scandic Destination Nordkapp welcomes visitors and team members from all over the world, all our team members must speak and write English. Skills in any Scandinavian language are appreciated. Please note any additional language skills in your application.
- Previous experience from a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of invoicing and POS-systems are preferred
- Ability to organize your own work
- Precise and with a good mind for numbers
This position is seasonal with startup from late April until mid-September 2022 . The position will also require work on evenings, weekends and public holidays.
We provide hosing in shared double/triple room. Salary based on the collective agreement for Hotel and Restaurant (Riksavtalen - LO/NHO).
