Responsibilities

-Engage in close dialogue and collaboration with business lines and requisitioners to understand their needs.
-Issue enquiries, evaluate offers, negotiate contracts, and create call-offs and purchase orders based on client requirements.
-Follow up on supplier deliveries and manage the process.
-Handle deviations related to purchase order management and the invoice process.
-Actively participate in the operational continuous improvement team, working across business units to enhance efficiency, digitalization, and automation.
-Undertake other relevant tasks within the supply chain management area as needed.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's or Master's degree, either ongoing or completed.
-A strong interest in learning about supply chain management and procurement.
-A team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
-Curious, structured, and possessing a commercial mindset.
-Efficient, proactive, and self-driven in your work.
-Engaged and motivated to contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
-Relevant purchasing experience is an advantage.
-Experience with SAP is considered a plus.
Language: Norwegian and English
