So – what are your skills? 

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate presence of service personnel according to the needs of Commissioning, Service, and Warranty
• Reporting of resource plans
• Approve hours and travel expenses
• Plan and book travel in collaboration with our travel agency
• Ensure invoicing of orders
• Opportunity to participate in our on-call duty rotation
• Some work outside of regular working hours will be required during peak periods

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education, though work experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• Relevant experience in the maritime industry is an advantage
• Strong IT skills and understanding of systems
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
