Senior Project Completion Engineer- Telecom

Responsibilities

-Plan, execute, and supervise Completion and Commissioning activities for designated systems.
-Contribute to the preparation phase by reviewing and verifying documentation and drawings.
-Estimate and plan the commissioning scope of work for both onshore and offshore environments.
-Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures.
-Coordinate and interact with various departments and disciplines to ensure efficient and safe execution.
-Participate in Mechanical Completion (MC) punch outs and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) at supplier locations.
-Provide input and update progress within the project completion system (PIMS).
-Identify, follow up, and mitigate risks and opportunities related to commissioning.
-Ensure a smooth and effective transition from the project phase to operations.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
-Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
-Proven experience from NORSOK projects is essential.
-Strong knowledge and understanding of system-based commissioning.
-Demonstrated ability to lead a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.
-Familiarity with Project Completions Systems; experience with PIMS is a significant advantage.
-Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Location: Stord, Norway (includes offshore travel)
Work schedule: Rotational (15/20)
Duration: Fixed-term assignment from March 2026 to March 2027
