Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

-Lead and perform process design and engineering activities for projects.
-Develop and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
-Conduct process simulations, calculations, and equipment sizing.
-Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
-Participate in and contribute to safety reviews such as HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL assessments.
-Provide technical support to operations, commissioning, and construction teams.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
-Prepare technical reports, datasheets, and engineering documentation.

Required expertise

-Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
-Extensive experience as a process engineer, preferably in the energy or oil and gas industry.
-Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus).
-Strong knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices.
-Proven ability to manage and deliver engineering work packages.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
