2nd Officer (2/O) - Offshore PSV - Norway / UK Coast

**Description**
OSM Thome is looking for an experienced 2nd Officer for a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) trading on the Norway / UK Coast. The vessel sails under the Marshall Islands flag, with joining in Aberdeen, UK. The 2/O will support bridge operations, navigation, DP operations and deck officers' duties in accordance with company and statutory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Stand navigational watch and ensure safe navigation in all conditions
- Operate and monitor DP system during offshore operations
- Assist Master and Chief Officer in voyage planning and execution
- Maintain charts, publications and navigational equipment up to date
- Contribute to safe cargo and deck operations as directed
- Implement and follow safety, environmental and ISM procedures
- Participate in drills, safety meetings and onboard training
- Assist with bridge, deck and safety equipment checks and reports

**Requirements**
- Valid STCW Officer of the Watch (OOW) / 2nd Officer license suitable for vessel and trade
- Full DP certificate
- Proven experience as 2/O on Offshore PSV or similar offshore vessels
- Documented North Sea experience
- Valid seagoing medical certificate
- All mandatory STCW safety courses and certificates up to date
- Good command of English, spoken and written
