SAS System Responsible Commissioning

Responsibilities

-Provide guidance and direction on health, safety, and environmental standards.
-Plan and execute SAS (Safety and Automation Systems) commissioning activities.
-Manage relevant contractors and resources for system commissioning.
-Implement the commissioning scope according to established procedures.
-Witness contractor and supplier tests (e.g., SAT) as necessary.
-Follow up on deliveries and participate in Mechanical Completion (MC) rounds.
-Plan and oversee cabinet power-up and the establishment of communication.
-Ensure a smooth and efficient handover of plant and equipment from the project to the operations team.

Required expertise

-BSc in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
-Experience from similar offshore operations is a significant advantage.
-Valid certification in GSK (Basic Safety Course).
-Valid certification in EX Grunnleggende (Basic Ex).
-Valid certification in EX Vedlikehold (Ex Maintenance).
-Valid certification in FSE (Safety Regulations for Work and Operation of Electrical Equipment).
Language: English
Location: Stord, Norway (onshore), continuing to an offshore rotation
Work schedule: Rotational
Duration: Assignment from March 2026 to December 2027
