What you'll do
- Sell Sightseeing tickets at our sales points and in busy tourist areas.
- Approach and engage guests from all over the world with a friendly, proactive attitude.
- Explain routes, stops, schedules, and what guests can expect from their Hop-On Hop-Off experience.
- Help guests choose the right ticket and provide tips on making the most of their visit.
- Keep sales stations tidy and professional, ensuring a smooth guest experience even during peak traffic.
- A service-minded, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Comfort speaking with tourists and initiating conversations.
- Strong communication skills - English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- Enjoy working toward sales goals and embracing a lively, outdoor work environment.
- Quick to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced setting - no experience needed!
