An incredible opportunity awaits you as Repair and Warranty coordinator at Kongsberg Discovery. In this role, you will play a part in our high-achieving Repair and warranty team, coordinating the in-house repair jobs, manage warranty cases and communicate with customers.

  • Coordinate incoming repair requests from customers across several product areas within underwater acoustics.
  • Closely cooperation/follow up with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and local offices.
  • Issue quotes and invoices.
  • Manage warranty cases.
  • Contribute to and drive continuous improvement of our repair and warranty processes.
  • Provide technical assistance to Sales & Marketing and Aftermarket Sales.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree within a technical and/or commercial field
  • Knowledge of Kongsberg Discovery underwater acoustic products is an advantage.
  • Service minded and customer focused.
  • Have an eye for good processes and the ability to make improvements.
  • Experience from Dynamics 365, AXAPTA or similar tool is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, verbal and written.
