Job Description

ONLY Stores Norway AS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regionsleder to lead our operations in Nord Norge, primarily based in Trondheim, but with an opportunity to extend your influence across multiple store locations. As a pivotal member of our senior management team, your mission will be to drive the retail growth and enhance the customer experience within your region.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability in collaboration with store managers.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all Nord Norge stores.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock management, and customer service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to ensure they achieve individual and team objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to align our offerings and marketing strategies accordingly.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and innovation within your team.

Required Profile

We are seeking an experienced professional who possesses a solid track record in retail management and leadership roles. The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
