Quality & Risk Lead D&W

Responsibilities

-Lead and coordinate quality and risk management activities for drilling operations.
-Develop, implement, and maintain quality and risk management plans aligned with drill-plans, ensuring continuous monitoring and communication of plan updates.
-Drive contractor and drilling performance improvements through supervisory activities and systematic QA/QC processes.
-Monitor key performance indicators and process efficiency to identify optimization opportunities.
-Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and contractual requirements throughout operations.
-Facilitate verification and audit activities to validate system effectiveness.
-Facilitate incident management, conduct investigations, and perform root cause analysis.
-Manage lessons learned programs and analyze drilling results to identify improvement opportunities.
-Oversee implementation of improvements within established governance frameworks.
-Deliver training programs to build quality and risk management competency.
-Conduct reviews to assess performance and effectiveness of quality and risk systems.

Required expertise

-Relevant degree, Bachelor or Master
-10+ years of relevant experience
-Revelant Drilling Experience
-Be able to communicate in both English and Norwegian
