Your Mission
As a Bid Manager at Mercell, you will join our sales team and report to the Group Director of Sales. Our international sales team are responsible for all sales to our public sector clients. You will be part of this highly proffessional multinational team, engaging with customers across Europe.

Core Responsibilities
  • Owning the bid processes, supporting in the opportunity qualification and the proposal submission for Mercell Group.
  • Developing and executing bid strategies that align with the company?s goals and client requirements.
  • Coordinating with various teams together with the assigned Sales rep, such as technical, legal and finance to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication and pricing information.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling solution demos, emphasizing business value and differentiation.


Required Qualifications
  • A track record (ideally 3+ years) in delivering quality public bids (G2B) in SaaS business
  • Strong solution presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish or Norwegian
  • Domain expertise in Tender Management business processes and solutions is a strong plus.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Being highly analytical, driven by results, with attention to detail
  • Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in writing and speaking any other Scandinavian language

Duration:Full time

Workplace type:Hybrid remote

Location:Norway (Oslo) or Sweden (Stockholm).
