Responsibilities
-Verify and approve invoices against purchase orders and framework agreements/contracts.
-Clarify invoice content with relevant stakeholders.
-Perform registration and follow-up in accordance with agreed procedures.
-Verify source data and prepare the basis for cost allocation to Finance & Control.
-Verify source data, prepare, and issue invoices to customers and licenses.
-Ensure quality in activity data and the basis for cost development and analyses.
-Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
Required expertise
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent; extensive experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within procurement, finance and control, or similar fields.
-Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with invoice processes.
-Good oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
-Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
-A proactive team player with initiative and strong communication skills.
-A mindset for change and an interest in digital solutions.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Sandsli, Bergen, Stavanger
