Responsibilities

-Develop and implement procurement strategies with a focus on cost reduction and value creation.
-Conduct market screening to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
-Draft various contract formats for suppliers in collaboration with legal teams.
-Prepare inquiry documents for major equipment and services in cooperation with engineering.
-Perform commercial evaluations of quotations, and issue contracts and purchase orders.
-Monitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality.
-Handle risk assessments and deviations from project plans.
-Continuously work on improvements to reduce risks and costs, and enhance delivery quality.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
-A minimum of 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
-Proven experience with strategic work and a strong strategic mindset.
-Demonstrated experience with contracts and contract setup.
-Strong commercial mindset and excellent collaboration skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a structured and systematic manner.
-Proactive, self-driven, and able to contribute to defining new ways of working.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Asker, Norway
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Temporary assignment from March 2026 to June 2027
