Responsibilities
-Serve as the main point of contact for notifications of emergency situations.
-Act on all reports of serious incidents, ensuring further notification in accordance with established plans.
-Provide remote support to employees during business travel, following up on journey management and communication plans.
-Conduct real-time threat monitoring from open sources and initiate actions as needed.
-Collect, analyze, and disseminate data from open-source information systems to support stakeholders in understanding and mitigating threats.
-Maintain situational awareness of the global threat landscape and proactively inform stakeholders about identified threats.
-Collaborate with the emergency organization by monitoring, responding to, and executing tasks in the corporate crisis management tool.
-Conduct notifications and mass communications to employees in case of serious incidents.
Required expertise
-Degree-level education is preferred, ideally in risk management or a security-related discipline.
-Experience from relevant positions within operations, security, emergency response, and/or the military.
-A good understanding of security and emergency preparedness.
-Proven ability to handle stress and perform effectively in demanding emergency situations.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Adequate IT and digital skills; prior knowledge of crisis management tools is considered an advantage.
-Ability to work well in a team, while also being capable of operating individually.
Language: English and Norwegian

Work schedule: Full-time, 24/7 shift rotation
Duration: 19.07.2026 - 30.12.2026
Option Period: 2 x 6 months
