Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain short- and long-term operational and maintenance plans.
-Plan and coordinate work orders and activities in collaboration with the offshore organization, maintenance management, and technical teams.
-Ensure the availability of materials, documentation, and resources before execution.
-Prioritize and coordinate activities within approved plans and production frameworks.
-Follow up on plan status, KPIs, and improvement initiatives within maintenance management.
-Contribute to optimal resource utilization and reduced plant downtime.
-Participate in planning meetings, operational meetings, and interactions with relevant stakeholders.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes and planning methodology.
Required expertise
-Higher technical education (Bachelor/Master) in a relevant field. Extensive relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
-Experience in maintenance, operations, or planning within the oil and gas industry.
-Experience with work processes in maintenance management and operational planning.
-Good understanding of the interplay between operations, maintenance, safety, and production.
-Knowledge of SAP and other digital tools used for maintenance management and planning is an advantage.
-Experience with multidisciplinary coordination in complex operational environments is preferred.
-Structured, systematic, and proactive with strong collaborative skills.
Language: English and Norwegian
