Responsibilities

-Strengthen construction capabilities through effective method development and work packaging for mechanical disciplines.
-Define and describe methods and work packages for mechanical tasks.
-Detail job steps within work packages to ensure safe and efficient execution.
-Provide essential input for project planning and scheduling.
-Prepare and develop comprehensive work packages with descriptions in Norwegian.
-Extract and utilize necessary documentation, including plot plans and 3D models.

Required expertise

-A certificate of apprenticeship in a mechanical trade.
-A minimum of 5 years of construction experience from onshore or offshore projects, preferably from the Norwegian continental shelf.
-Proven experience with work package-based execution in an industrial setting.
-Strong computer proficiency.
-Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to actively participate in meetings and reviews.
-Fluency in both English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Bergen, Norway
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Assignment from August 2026 to December 2027
