Responsibilities
-Execute marine engineering tasks within various projects.
-Manage interface activities with transport and installation (T&I) contractors.
-Act as the Discipline Responsible Engineer (DRE), coordinating and overseeing the marine discipline.
-Arrange and lead internal and client meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.
-Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, other disciplines, and the fabrication yard.
Required expertise
-Master's or Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
-A minimum of 10 years of experience in Marine Engineering or Operations design for greenfield/brownfield projects or offshore wind.
-Thorough knowledge of marine engineering standards such as NORSOK and DNV.
-Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both oral and written English.
-A cooperative and team-oriented attitude suitable for a multicultural environment.
-Ability to work independently while being a proactive team contributor.
-Systematic, accurate, and highly committed to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
-An innovative mindset with an eagerness to improve solutions using digital tools.
