Hands-on and adaptable to changing priorities
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Good communication skills (English required)
Valid Category B driver's license
Experience in logistics, operations, or hospitality is a bonus
EU/EEA work permit or valid visa
Arbeidsoppgaver
As part of the logistics crew, your tasks will include:
Preparing and organizing equipment for daily tours (clothing, food, technical gear, etc.)
Cleaning and maintaining vehicles and equipment
Coordinating tour schedules, pick-ups, and guide logistics
Performing basic maintenance or repairs (or arranging them)
Managing supplies and stock levels to ensure guides are fully equipped
Supporting the office team with last-minute changes and guest updates
