What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Hands-on and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

  • Good communication skills (English required)

  • Valid Category B driver's license

  • Experience in logistics, operations, or hospitality is a bonus

  • EU/EEA work permit or valid visa

Arbeidsoppgaver

As part of the logistics crew, your tasks will include:

  • Preparing and organizing equipment for daily tours (clothing, food, technical gear, etc.)

  • Cleaning and maintaining vehicles and equipment

  • Coordinating tour schedules, pick-ups, and guide logistics

  • Performing basic maintenance or repairs (or arranging them)

  • Managing supplies and stock levels to ensure guides are fully equipped

  • Supporting the office team with last-minute changes and guest updates
