Role & Responsibilities

Business Improvement, Network Infrastructure, Data Security, Warehouse, and office applications

• Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure to maintain stable, secure, and productive information systems.

• Ensure that the environment is actively monitored, and all issues are promptly addressed and resolved to high standards.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, documentation & maintenance of network and hardware related equipment.

• Implement policies, procedures, controls to ensure a secure environment, in line with Global requirements.

• Provide training and technical support to users on related technology.

• Participate in regional and global IT projects.

• Manage key vendors and suppliers.

Skills & Abilities

• Minimum of three years' experience in an IT support/infrastructure analyst role. preferably in a logistics setting.

• Desirable but not essential bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

• Understanding of IT systems, including servers, networks, hardware, and software applications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, with a structured problem-solving approach.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Products (Windows, Microsoft 365, ETC.), networking/firewalling configuration appreciated.

• Understanding of ITIL is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with local, remote and/or cross-functional teams.

• Fluent English and confident verbal and written communication skills

The positions will report directly to the IT EMEA (Andrew Barron), but there will be a line to local CL structure.
