Role & Responsibilities
Business Improvement, Network Infrastructure, Data Security, Warehouse, and office applications
Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure to maintain stable, secure, and productive information systems.
Ensure that the environment is actively monitored, and all issues are promptly addressed and resolved to high standards.
Oversee the installation, configuration, documentation & maintenance of network and hardware related equipment.
Implement policies, procedures, controls to ensure a secure environment, in line with Global requirements.
Provide training and technical support to users on related technology.
Participate in regional and global IT projects.
Manage key vendors and suppliers.
Skills & Abilities
Minimum of three years' experience in an IT support/infrastructure analyst role. preferably in a logistics setting.
Desirable but not essential bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Understanding of IT systems, including servers, networks, hardware, and software applications
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, with a structured problem-solving approach.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Products (Windows, Microsoft 365, ETC.), networking/firewalling configuration appreciated.
Understanding of ITIL is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with local, remote and/or cross-functional teams.
Fluent English and confident verbal and written communication skills
