Now we're looking for a Housekeeping Crew at Home Hotel Grand Bodø who wants to be part of our family.

As a housekeeper, you play a vital role in ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Your attention to detail in maintaining clean and well-appointed rooms and common area directly impacts our guests' overall experience. We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our department's success.

What you'll do:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Make sure everything is refilled and in good working order.
• Respond to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring they feel truly looked after.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards.
• Play a key role in making Home Hotel a place guests love - through great service, teamwork, and smart ways of working.
• Together with the Housekeeping manager supervice quality, efficient, training.
• Be the Housekeeping Manager's substitute in his/her absence.

This is a permanent 80-100 % with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Thorough and attentive to detail with a strong work ethic
• Precise and accurate in your work
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in a physically active role, involving bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Flexibility
• English and/or Norwegian language fluent, speaking and writing

Bonus points for:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• A proactive approach and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Certificate as a cleaner
