We are looking for someone who
Has experience in the service and shop industry, preferably from hotels, reception and shop
Has experience with booking systems is an advantage
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a schedule
Is flexible, hardworking, and well organized
Has strong communication skills
Speaks English and/or Scandinavian language
Has a valid driving license (category B)
Is willing to assist with different tasks
Has valid work permit in Norway (EU-citizens only)

Your responsibilities will include
Reception work, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest support
Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email
Help with housekeeping duties, if required
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop and reception area
Price and display products in the shop
Restock and check deliveries

Accommodation
The company offers staff accommodation to our team members. Rooms may be private or shared, depending on availability. Common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas are shared with colleagues. Living in staff accommodation is a social and multicultural experience. We are therefore looking for people who are respectful, tolerant, patient, and cooperative, and who feel comfortable sharing spaces and everyday routines with others.
This type of accommodation is best suited for those who enjoy a community-style living environment. Rent is deducted directly from your salary and includes electricity, internet and bed linens.
