Responsibilities
-Report to the HSE Manager during the revision shutdown.
-Follow up on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in the field.
-Be proactive and work systematically with preventive HSE measures.
-Participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, safety rounds, and HSE meetings.
-Collaborate with the safety delegate service within the project.
-Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE work, including reporting observations and incidents, and handling HSE reports.
Required expertise
-Education in HSE is desirable; relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
-Relevant experience from petroleum-related, renewable-related project work, or construction.
-Strong collaborative skills.
-Valid EX AW certificate.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Sture, Bergen
Work schedule: Full-time, 14/21 rotation, night shift
Duration: Assignment from 11/05/2026 to 24/05/2026
