Head of Accounting

We're looking for a Head of Accounting-someone who not only knows their way around a balance sheet but also understands that finance is about shaping strategy, not just closing the books

What You'll Be Owning:

• Leading and developing the accounting team, ensuring we stay compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
• Ensure smooth operationsacross monthly reporting, payroll, incoming invoices, tax & VAT reporting
• Own and optimize our internal controls framework, working closely with Compliance & Assurance
• Optimizing processes, finding efficiencies, and making sure we're leveraging the best solutions, tools and tech.
• Take full responsibility for financial reporting, including: Annual report, Monthly reporting to Ferd and Quarterly reports to the bank
• Keeping a pulse on financial risks, tax matters, and accounting policies-we play by the rules but always find smart ways to stay agile.

• A Certified Auditor credential and 10+ years of experience in a Big 4 firm
• An MSc. in Accounting with a specialization in the field
• A experienced leader with minimum 5 years of experience
• A leader who can mentor, coach, and inspire a team to perform at their best.
• Solid expertise in tax regulations, and audit processes
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
