We are seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeper Manager to join our team at WonderInn Riverside! The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

? Driving license and own car, or possibly live in the nearest neighbourhood

? Experience with cleaning is a plus

? Must work independently, efficiently and responsibly.

? This job is physical (must walk and carry sheets, rubbish, etc.), so only physically fit people are considered.

? Must be able to communicate politely when you meet guests (the guests check in themselves, so there is usually not much interaction between the housekeeper and the guest)

? There is a lot to be cleaned outside (hot tub, around the cabins, fireplace, snow, etc.) so the person cannot be afraid to be outside

? Must have an eye for detail and cleaning must be 100% perfect, every day.

? Must be able to communicate quickly to us if something is wrong/damaged/questions etc.

? Must live nearby and be available between 11-15 every day. The person preferably arrives around 12 noon to start cleaning.

? English language is the only language required

Arbeidsoppgaver

We have 6 unique and luxurious glamping cabins at the location, and we rent out 3 smaller apartments. We are looking for a cleaner which can also be responsible to manage the farm. In the summer months we have weddings, and we also organize events. The tasks are but not restricted to:

• Ensure all cabins and areas are cleaned to the highest standards

• Oversee and coordinate the cleaning of 6 glamping cabins and other areas together with one other housekeeper, and our farm helpers

• On-site laundry service

• Making tapas and breakfast meal boxes

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Train new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
