We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Web Designer with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and a thorough understanding of current web design trends and technologies. You will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric and visually appealing web designs that meet the needs of our clients and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality, responsive websites and web applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project requirements and deadlines.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in web design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, user experience, and visual design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools is preferred.

• Experience with SEO principles and accessibility standards is a plus.
