Estimator/Cost Controller-Digitalisation & Cost

Responsibilities

-Support the preparation of cost estimates, cost data structures, benchmarking inputs, and reporting materials.
-Contribute to cost analysis, trending, quantity development, or cost control activities.
-Review cost-related inputs delivered by contractors, internal business units, or alliance partners.
-Support multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to robust, data-driven cost deliverables.
-Drive digitalisation initiatives related to cost workflows, models, and data handling.
-Develop and improve Excel-based models, including advanced formulas, structured data, and workflow optimisation.
-Participate in close-out activities and support the strengthening of internal cost and experience databases.
-Ensure adherence to established processes, procedures, and digital strategies.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or another relevant discipline.
-Experience from cost estimation or cost control in oil and gas projects.
-Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, structured modelling, and data handling.
-Experience with digital tools, automation, workflow optimisation, or data modelling is highly beneficial.
-Experience with cost analysis is desirable.
-Strong communication skills.
-Demonstrated interest in digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and modern ways of working.
