Responsibilities-Establish, update, and maintain construction methods and sequences
-Prepare constructability documents and implement construction and HSSE friendly design
-Contribute to establishment of schedules
-Follow up and verify that methods are reflected in project schedules
-Participate in design reviews, focus on constructability
-Organize and lead meetings as required
-Ensure involvement from the project's personnel in development of construction methods
-Give input to lessons learned reports and workshops, improvement of routines and procedures
-Communicate and collaborate with all areas within Method discipline, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Engineering and Construction.
Required expertise
-A Technical or Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.
-3 years of work experience
-Industry experience required
-Good knowledge of the work processes within the discipline being carried out.
-A minimum of 2 years' experience with EPC processes within the Topside and Facilities / Renewables segments.
-Software skills in MS Office 365.
-Proficiency in Method Planner, Visual Construction Planning, Autodesk NavisWorks Manage, and Aveva E3D Design (Constructability Engine).
Language: Professional working proficiency in Norwegian and English
