Electrical Discipline Lead, Offshore Wind

Responsibilities

-Lead the Electrical discipline, overseeing resources, planning, deliverables, scope, priorities, and quality.
-Develop electrical philosophies and core deliverables, including topologies, SLDs, and load lists, according to specifications and regulations.
-Verify designs from previous study phases.
-Manage interfaces with other disciplines, suppliers, clients, and other contractors.
-Organize and lead team meetings, workshops, and design reviews to ensure timely decision-making.
-Potential to continue into later project phases, such as FEED and EPC.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
-A minimum of 10 years of project experience in electrical system design and execution.
-At least 5 years of experience in an Electrical Lead role.
-Experience from Offshore Wind projects is highly preferred.
-Experience with early-phase or conceptual electrical system design is beneficial.
-Valid FSE-course certificate.
-Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
-A cooperative, systematic, and proactive approach to working in a multicultural team environment.

Location: Oslo/Asker, Norway, with offshore work required
