About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping the product strategy, ensuring we deliver delightful, high-quality experiences forjob seekers and recruiters. Your mission is to take our UX practice to the next level-both in terms of execution and strategic influence. AsUX Director, you will be part of theProduct Leadership Teamfor Jobs and report to theCPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to set the UX vision and ensure it aligns with overall business goals.
• Build and Develop the Team: Grow, mentor, and empower our UX designers to have more impact across all product teams.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the teams on the Seeker and Recruiter side of the marketplace to create end-to-end experiences.
• Balance Hands-On & Leadership: Be an active contributor to design work when needed, amplifying the impact of UX across teams.
• Advocate for the User: Ensure that we remain obsessed with solving problems for both our candidates and customers.
