As we step closer to full commercial production we have a new opportunity for an experiencedCustomer Quality Engineerto join our existing Quality team.

In this role, you will ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will take the lead in resolving product issues, fostering strong relationships with our customers, and ensuring strict adherence to industry protocols.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end non-conformance investigation and resolution process for product failures at customer locations with 8D methodology to maintain and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Follow the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) with customers and ensure the protocol and the latest standard for any changes are followed
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and seamlessly align them with Morrow's quality standards across the entire product lifecycle.
  • As the company representative of quality towards the customer, foster and maintain strong relationships with the customer representatives, being a dependable point of contact for all quality-related matters.
  • Participate in regular quality reviews with customers, collect customer feedback, define opportunities for improvement, and ensure transparent communication on corrective actions.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives to drive quality improvements in Morrow's delivered products and services across the organization.
  • Monitor customer metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and participate in customer audits and visits and ensure specific customer requirements are met during such audits.
  • Manage customers' supplier portal and ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the supplier management process.
  • Proactively identify potential risks related to customer complaints and quality issues and take preventive measures to mitigate these risks.
  • Analyze customer warranty and return requests, determine root causes, and use the insights gained to contribute to product and process improvement initiatives.


Education / Experience:
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in Non-Conformance Management: Handling investigations and resolutions using the 8D methodology
  • PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) expertise
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Experience in coordinating and participating in customer audits and visits
  • +3 years of product or industry-specific experience in an automotive company is required.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, e.g., ISO 9001, IATF16949, TQM, Customer standards
  • Fluent in English
