Are you our new Talent Coordinator?

We are 6 enthusiastic and curious team members, working in talent in Norwegian.

One of us is unfortunately currently on sick leave.

We really feel that we are two hands less and need someone to help us asap and until summer 2026 (May)

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Create job requisitions for new positions and replacement.
  • Follow up hiring managers with job advertisements, invite candidates to interview (interview scheduling)
  • Mail correspondence with candidates and Hiring managers.
  • Coordination for recruiters in front of the interview.
  • Helping with managing e-mail templates
  • Create job advertisements for new and existing positions


You are our ideal candidate if:

  • You are structured and love to work with details.
  • You are tech Savy, and familiar with working in several IT systems.
  • Working in ATS systems, special SAP SF will be an advantage.
  • You are passionate and see recruitment as a highly professional service
  • You are analytic and proactive so you can easily handle recruitment tools.
  • Professional and excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills, and very good ability to relate to others, and build relationships based on trust
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the field of different technologies.
  • Analytical and proactive, with a growth mindset
  • Creative and manage to think outside the box.
  • Extremely accurate and love details
  • Have a passion for service

Our Story

The Norwegian story began almost three decades ago - we were founded in 1993 but only began operating as a low-cost carrier with Boeing 737 aircraft in 2002. Our core values have remained the same since the beginning - to offer affordable fares for all and to allow customers to travel the smart way by offering value and choice throughout their journey.

The Norwegian brand expanded across the globe as the airline launched short haul services across Europe and then entered the long-haul sector serving the US, Asia and South America. In 2018 the company changed course to focus on core destinations and the right sizing of the airline in response to customer demand and global industry trends.

The rapid global spread of COVID-19 throughout 2020 and into 2021 accelerated this process and in January 2021 the company announced a simplified business structure and a dedicated short haul only network concentrating on a broad range of domestic routes in Norway, across the Nordics and to key European destinations.
