Responsibilities

-Establish new enquiries, including evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of new agreements.
-Manage agreements, including user support, communication, and negotiation with suppliers.
-Lead compliant and efficient procurement processes, ensuring safety, security, and sustainability.
-Conduct negotiations, perform evaluations, and manage agreement awards.
-Manage agreement start-up activities, performance, and supplier relations.
-Handle changes, including variation orders, amendments, and options.
-Handle contractual issues, perform close-out, and ensure proper handover to the management phase.

Required expertise

-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Good knowledge of contract follow-up and relevant regulations, or the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
-A flexible approach to work tasks.
Language: English and Norwegian
Location: Sandsli, Bergen, Stavanger

Work schedule: full-time
