We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Clubhouse / Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This role is central to ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome, clear information, and a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in hospitality or customer service (management experience is an advantage).
Organized and detail-oriented, able to balance multiple responsibilities.
A strong communicator, fluent in English (Norwegian or other languages are a plus).
Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in a seasonal, fast-paced setting.
A team leader, with the ability to motivate staff and ensure high service standards.
Licensed and confident driving a manual gearbox car.
Legally entitled to work and reside in Norway.
Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences.
Arbeidsoppgaver
As the Clubhouse / Reception Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing daily reception operations, including check-ins, bookings, and guest communication.
Supervising and coordinating clubhouse staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
Handling reservations for golf, accommodation, and other activities.
Coordinating with the Pro Shop, Restaurant, and Grounds teams to maintain smooth operations.
Providing information about Lofoten Links, the local area, and activities to guests.
Assisting with administrative duties including reporting, scheduling, and inventory management.
Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality in a dynamic, international environment.
