Chef (100% Permanent Position) – Join the Team at Spiseriet
Would you like to work in one of Stavanger’s most exciting kitchens?
At Spiseriet, you’ll find something many restaurants can’t offer – a workplace with exceptional variety. One day you’ll be working à la carte service in our restaurant, and the next you’ll be part of delivering conferences, concerts or banquets for up to 1,000 guests. We are currently looking for a Chef to join our team in a 100% permanent position, with an immediate start. About Spiseriet Spiseriet is located inside Stavanger Concert Hall and is a modern restaurant with seating for 130 guests. We serve lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with menus built around seasonal local ingredients, inspired by Nordic, French and Asian cuisine. In addition to running the restaurant, we are responsible for all food and beverage operations throughout Stavanger Concert Hall and Kuppelhallen. Our work ranges from intimate lunches overlooking the fjord to large-scale conferences, concerts, banquets and events serving up to 1,000 guests. We are an ambitious team with a clear goal: to be among Stavanger’s leading restaurants—not only for our food, but also for our beverages, service, guest experience and workplace culture. Working hours The position is based on a rotating shift schedule, including both day and evening shifts. Typical shifts are:
09:00–17:00 15:00–23:00
