🍳 Now Hiring: Shift Cooks (14/14 Rotation) – Halsnøy Dock
Location: Halsnøy Dock (Rig Operation)
Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
Duration: Starting approx. May 20th – August (Phase 1)
Workday: 10.5 hours/day
We are currently seeking two experienced Shift Cooks for an upcoming rig operation at Halsnøy Dock. If you have experience in high-volume or rig catering and are looking for a steady summer rotation, we want to hear from you!
🕒 Available Shifts
We have two 10.5-hour shift schedules available. Please indicate your preference when applying: Early Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM Mid-Day/Evening Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
📋 About the Role
Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals for the rig crew. Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the galley. Work collaboratively with the catering team to manage stock and daily menus. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment in line with standard rig operations.
✅ What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a cook/chef, ideally in a rig, maritime, or camp environment. Ability to work a demanding 10.5-hour shift for 14 consecutive days. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
