Buffet chef at Lillehammer Fjellstue winter 2026

We are looking for a buffet chef to join our team in the winter season 2026, start December 15th.
We are looking for a person who has experience and passion for coocking, and and can relate to safe handling of food.
You are creative and like to cook food that tastes good, and you are good at keeping your surroundings clean and tidy. You must like to cook vegetarian food, as we serve a lot of creative and fresh vegetarian selection on our buffet.
Working hours are mainly during the evening.
Work tasks:
Preparing breakfast buffet for next day.
Preparing evening buffet with various cold and warm dishes, pie pizza and good salads.
Assist during the buffet with refilling
Clean the kitchen before workday is over
Maintain inventory control and be responsible for ordering goods for weekly delivery
Prepare weekly menus with a good overview of allergens and food content
