We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-minded individual to join our breakfast team for the upcoming season. This role is essential in creating a great start to the day for our guests in a setting that combines history, comfort, and fjord views.: Seasonal (April – October)

Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or breakfast service is an advantage.
Barista skills or experience making specialty coffee drinks is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
A proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Responsibilities:
Prepare and refresh the breakfast buffet with high attention to detail.
Seat guests at tables and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders for coffee and other breakfast items.
Make cappuccinos and other specialty coffees with care and consistency.
Keep the buffet area clean and well-stocked throughout service.
Assist with clearing tables and resetting the dining area for the next service.
Work as a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
If you are the right person and would like to take on additional responsibilities as a part-time breakfast chef, this is also a possibility!
