We are looking for an enthusiastic and quality-driven Breakfast Chef (50% part-time) to join our kitchen team. This is an early morning role perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering a consistently excellent breakfast experience for our guests.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare and present a high-quality breakfast buffet
- Ensure the buffet is always well-filled, fresh and visually appealing
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and efficiency
- Prepare a well-filled and organized MEP for the next day
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling and rotation
- Keep the kitchen and buffet area clean, organized and compliant with hygiene standards
- Manage waste control and minimize food waste
- Contribute to a smooth and positive start to each guest’s day
- Work independently while collaborating with the team when needed
- Contribute to a positive work environment and strong team cooperation
Working hours:
- Shift: 03:30 – 11:30
- Every second weekend + selected weekdays
Your profile:
- Chef certificate/diploma is preferred
- Experience from breakfast service or similar kitchen work
- Passion for fresh food and consistent quality
- Structured and able to work efficiently in early hours
- Highly reliable and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
