Are you a people-person who loves the smell of fresh coffee and the sight of delicious cakes? We?re a small, friendly café looking for someone who can greet guests with a smile, handle payments with confidence, and keep our counter running smoothly. No barista mastery required?our one-touch coffee machine does the fancy work for you!
From 1 july to 30th August!
🔍 What We?re Looking For
- Customer-service champion who enjoys making guests feel welcome
- Comfortable with cash & card payments (POS experience is a plus)
- Organized multitasker who can slice cake, pour filter coffee, and keep the counter tidy
- Team player who brings positive energy to a small crew
Fluent Norwegian or English (both is a bonus)
Previous café, retail, or cashier experience preferred but not essential?your attitude matters most!
🎯 Your Day-to-Day
- Operate the till: take orders, process payments, and issue receipts
- Serve cakes, pastries, and simple beverages (our machine handles espresso at the press of a button)
- Keep the service area clean and stocked?cups, cutlery, napkins, etc.
- Chat with customers, answer questions, and make them feel at home
Monitor inventory and flag low-stock items to the manager
Follow basic food-safety and hygiene routines
