Responsibilities
-Contribute to a large-scale oil & gas FEED project involving new platform design and brownfield modifications.
-Perform system design for automation interfaces with electrical equipment.
-Develop solutions according to client requirements, ensuring a consistent global design.
-Follow up with vendors and manage their technical documentation.
-Interface with other disciplines, suppliers, and the client.
-Prepare and complete engineering documents and data registers.
-Offshore surveys may be required.
Required expertise
-Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in automation engineering for greenfield projects.
-At least 6 years of experience with automation design for electrical interfaces, including knowledge of IEC 61850.
-In-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC.
-Valid FSE and Ex course certificates for the duration of the assignment.
-Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
-Proactive, systematic, and a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
