Responsibilities-Register technical service requests in PIMS.
-Send call-outs to suppliers and vendors.
-Register personnel information in SAP.
-Distribute courses and manage enrollments through the training portal.
-Register personnel in the PIMS PES system.
-Perform administrative follow-up on ongoing tasks and requests.
Required expertise
-Minimum of a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
-Highly structured, accurate, and detail-oriented work approach.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
-Previous experience in an ATS Coordinator role is highly desirable.
-Proficiency with systems such as SAP, PIMS, and DaWinci is a strong advantage.
